Avner Ben-Noon

Avner holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is a social entrepreneur specializing in financial management for organizations and nonprofits. He has many years of high-level experience leading economic development processes for nonprofits, including managing broad collaborations with the business and government sectors. He has experience directing professional teams in financial management, bookkeeping, payroll accounting and purchasing. He is experienced in building and leading strategic long-term processes and directing finances at large organizations. He served as the CFO of Aharai (Youth Leading Change) for many years and is one of the founders of the Israeli Psifas Foundation, which helps people out of financial hardship.
